All work carried out by Handy Haydn is covered by a 3-month workmanship guarantee for your peace of mind.
Installation Standards
All new installations are covered by my 3-month workmanship guarantee.
This includes:

• The quality of my installation work

• Any materials supplied by me

If there is an issue caused by my workmanship or supplied materials within 3 months, I will return to put it right.

Please note: many products and parts supplied may carry a separate manufacturer’s guarantee, which can extend beyond 3 months. Any such guarantees are provided directly by the manufacturer.
Repair Trust
Repairs can sometimes involve underlying or hidden issues that are not visible at the time of the visit.

I will always do everything I reasonably can to carry out a repair that lasts. However, where unforeseen faults arise that were not reasonably detectable during the original visit, these may not be covered.
My 3-month guarantee covers my workmanship on the specific repair carried out.

If the same issue reoccurs as a direct result of the original repair within 3 months, I will return to assess and resolve it.
